Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at wang123yuxiang@outlook.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
